A full bathroom can be found on the 2nd floor . Off of the living room , you will find a large screened -in porch . Here you will find an outdoor table & chairs for summer entertaining. The single level deck has a chairs and a gas grill . There’s an outside shower for rinsing after a day on the beach or an afternoon at the town playground up the street from the property . The property is a 5 minute drive to restaurants in Charlestown, 10 minutes to Matunuck hot spots , 20 minutes to Watch Hill and Point Judith . Sheets & towels NOT provided
