A brand-new bath surround was installed last summer. Fireplace is decorative only. The four-season sunroom with glass French doors is probably my favorite room in the house! There is off-street parking, however, the driveway is grass and not ideal for inclement weather particularly when it snows. The garage can be used for a small car.
