Electricity is included with rent (runs off solar panels). Water is from well. Landlord takes care of the lawn services. The primary has full bath attached. One half of a two bay garage is offered to tenant to use as well as an outdoor shower. Tenant covers internet/cable/snow removal/cost of propane. Propane is filled by landlord upon tenants arrival and is to be filled by tenant upon lease termination (Landlord gets a good deal through Superior Plus so tenant is to reimburse landlord). Trash pickup is on Tuesday mornings. Linens are also included.
