**WEEKLY SUMMER RENTAL ** REDUCED RATES FOR OFF SEASON WEEKS. This immaculate home sleeps 10 guests comfortably. The first floor has 2 bedrooms both with a queen bed and a full bath . The second floor has a full bath and 3 bedrooms. The prime bedroom has a king bed , another bedroom has 2 sets of bunks all twins and the the third bedroom has a full/double bed. The first and second floors have AC units for cooling . The open living room and eat in kitchen are perfect spots for dining and entertaining. The separate 3 season room is a great hangout spot. The extra large backyard deck overlooks the backyard. Enjoy grilling & eating out on the deck . After a day on Charlestown Town beach, shower off in the outside shower . Experience the dark sky of Charlestown sitting in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit .Laundry is on site. Internet /WIFI provided . Bed sheets and towels are NOT provided . Walk or bike to the beach ,the salt ponds , the coffee shop, ice cream shop and restaurants . A 15 min car ride to Pt Judith to catch the Block Island Ferry or take a visit to Watch Hill .
A refundable $500 damage deposit is required as well as a $210 cleaning fee ( non-refundable )
