Absolutely no pets as owners use the property during the summer for themselves, friends and family — of which two are highly allergic to dogs and cats. Also, no smoking and no undergraduate students. Convenient location near downtown Bristol, Colt State Park, Town Beach, and the East Bay Bike Path. On the Providence–Newport RIPTA bus line, approx. 30 minutes in either direction. Shorter-term rentals will not be considered but there is some flexibility with start and end dates.
